I’m Eileen, a CDC Certified Divorce Coach®, and I’m thrilled to be your go-to person as you navigate the complexities of divorce. My mission is to empower you as you navigate this transition with strength and grace, so you can emerge stronger and ready for a bright new chapter.
Like many, I value marriage. But sometimes life happens that is out of our control. I found myself in that situation after 16 years of marriage…feeling deeply betrayed, broken and extremely overwhelmed with the unknown for mine and my children’s futures. I get it – the challenges, the emotions, and everything in between. So, I’ve got you because I’ve been through all that myself.
There were many days I was famished having to navigate the divorce, manage the rollercoaster of emotions, recover from betrayal trauma, be a single parent, show up for my children, and build my career all at the same time. During those overwhelming days, I often wished I had someone to turn to who could relate or guide me.
My own recovery and empowerment journey finally started when I accessed my amazing tribe and professional team. It made all the difference. Not only did this allow me to survive, grow and thrive, this journey ignited my passion and mission to help others just like myself.
